Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy ensures a fair and transparent process while allowing us to manage orders smoothly.

 


 

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse.

How to Cancel:

  • Or call/WhatsApp us at +91-6393320358

  • Mention your order number in the request

If the order hasn’t been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund within 1–2 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Cancellations sent via Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or any unofficial channels will not be accepted.

 


 

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and then raise a return request as per our Refund & Return Policy.

 


 

3. COD Order Cancellation

  • COD orders may require confirmation via phone/SMS/WhatsApp before dispatch

  • Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled

  • Frequent COD cancellations may result in COD being disabled for your future purchases

 


 

4. Prepaid Order Refunds

If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, we will process a full refund to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, card, etc.).
Refunds usually appear in 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

 


 

5. Seller Cancellations

We may cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued

  • The address or contact details are invalid/incomplete

  • The order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment system

In such cases, you will be notified and issued a full refund (if already paid).
